Biased The label and Anyniko Beauty LLC understands that occasionally we make online purchases that we're not 100% happy with. We're more than wiIling to resolve and attempt to accommodate accordingly any issues that may occur. Please read our policies

Return & Exchange Policy
You have 14 working days to post back your order after you received it, our company offers a full refund for the returned items, excluding the delivery fee. Please note that sale items can only be refunded through a credit note.

Due to our sanitation standards at Biased The Label (Anyniko Beauty, LLC), purchases of cosmetics and swimsuits will not be refunded or eligible for exchange.
​
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn, with original tags, packaging, and hygiene stickers intact, and it should not be washed. Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases as any items with damage such as (but not limited to): makeup stains / general wear and tear / heavily fragranced / marks / spills / discoloration / tampered labels and tags will be refused any refund and you order will be sent back to you.

*Please examine items for any visible signs of damage upon receiving your delivery.​ Report and share images of any damage to info@anynikobeauty.com within 12 hours of reported delivery time to receive compensation.

Returns may take up to 14 working days to process once we have received it.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of returns, and our postage charge is non-refundable.

Shipping Policy
​
Orders will be shipped out on the same day IF the order is placed before 3 PM GMT (Monday - Friday.) Any order placed after this time will be shipped out the following day. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped out the following business day (Monday.) Please allow 5-7 business days for package to arrive. If for some reason delivery should take longer we will reach out and inform you.

Tracking number will be sent via email.

Biased Beauty is NOT responsible for lost packages. Once you've received shipping confirmation and tracking information you must contact the shipping provider to claim the lost items.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MAILING ADDRESS. BE SURE TO INCLUDE BUILDING & APARTMENT NUMBER TO AVOID PACKAGE GETTING SENT BACK TO US.

Local Pickup

Acknowledging that some customers may want their orders sooner we offer LOCAL pickup.
To inquire about picking up your future order please email us at Info@anynikobeauty.com or send us a DM on Instagram. Once in contact you will be given a code and the meeting address. Please note by reaching out and accepting the given code you are agreeing to PICKUP your order. I will not meet you anywhere other than the specified location.
